RAW VIDEO: Western Australia teen dodges jail for bashing Deaf man.
PERTH - A teenager has dodged a jail term after pleading guilty to bashing a Deaf man at a Perth train station, but he will face imprisonment if he offends again in the next year, a judge has warned.
Joshua William Bignell, 18, bashed Seow Oh, 28, fracturing his eye socket, in the eastern Perth suburb of Carlisle in June last year.
Bignell bashed and kicked Mr Oh from behind as he was walking to his car parked at the station. Bignell was originally charged with assault occasioning bodily harm but the charge was later upgraded to grievous bodily harm.
On Monday, in the District Court of Western Australia Judge Phillip Eaton handed Bignell a pre-sentence order, subject to three reviews over the next 12 months. Judge Eaton decided not to imprison Bignell immediately because he was young, had a troubled childhood and mental health problems and was "now in a stable situation".
If Bignell committed an offence in the next 12 months, it was likely he'd be sentenced to an immediate term of imprisonment, Judge Eaton warned. "You can just about bank on that," he said.
"If you're going well, I'll allow the order to continue. "If things are falling apart, then I won't hesitate to bring it to an end. "If you fail, Mr Bignell, then the consequences will be grim."

HONOLULU - A young girl is forced to perform oral sex on an older boy while he films her with his cell phone camera and students at their school look on, another young girl becomes pregnant after she is raped by a male student at her school, a young boy is sodomized in the bathroom by an older student, but school administrators don’t penalized the perpetrator, another child is sexually assaulted by five boys on campus, and nothing is done to stop them or punish them after the fact.
These are not scenarios from an NBC’s Law and Order: Special Victims Unit episode, they are actual events that parents say took place at the Hawaii School for the Deaf and Blind, the state’s only public school for children with these disabilities.
For more than a decade, some of the school’s administrators and students covered up a terrible secret young children between 12 and 16 years old were being terrorized - robbed, raped, sodomized and even gang raped on campus and on the school buses – not by employees, but by other children. There are just 80 children enrolled in the school, which is located on the edge of Waikiki, Hawaii’s main tourism hub, and just across the street from the Honolulu Zoo.
One student heading a gang calling themselves the “Ringleaders” orchestrated the attacks, and students were ordered to participate as attackers or retaliated against.

Here's a raw footage of a 64 year old Deaf man has been beaten by thieves who stole his motorised scooter.
A 64-year-old Deaf man had a bottle smashed in his face after his scooter was stolen from Swan View last weekend. Detectives are appealing for the public’s help to catch the three young thugs involved in the assault.
About 9:30pm last Saturday night, the Swan View man noticed his electric scooter was missing from the back patio of his Patterson Drive home. The 64-year-old walked across the road to look for his scooter in a park, where he had found it abandoned once before. He was then approached by three teenage boys, who walked towards him from a nearby lake.
Two of the boys pushed and shoved the man before one of them smashed a bottle in his face. The victim dropped to the ground then managed to run home. He sustained a cut and swelling to his cheek.

Deaf Stockton Chef To Present New TV Show Punk Chef
A STOCKTON chef is sharing his expertise in a new TV show helping people who are Deaf improve their cooking skills. Dad-of-one Scott Garthwaite, who is Deaf, will present Punk Chef, starting on Film4 next month.
The former Beverley School pupil said: “What the Deaf community are very passionate about are programmes that feature Deaf people.
“They also appreciate programmes that include sign language and will hopefully see someone like myself as a role model.”
Hartlepool-born Scott, who lives in Stockton with fiancee Jessica and their son Rocco, four months, qualified as a chef in 2011 after study professional culinary art and patisserie at Newcastle College in partnership with Leeds Metropolis University.
He was asked to front the TV show after starting up cookery blogs spotted by London-based Deaf-run production company Remark!
“They see me as the perfect person to front Punk Chef due to my unique character - I have a pink and black Mohawk which I have had for years,” he said.
The 32-year-old proved a big hit with executives at sign language broadcasting organisation BSLBT when the programme was trialled on Sky and Virgin Media last year. Concept C is a concept model middle-class sedan which is specially for the Chinese market. Named Concept C Honda 2012 Concept Car in which the “C” represents “Cool,” “Challenge,” and “China.” The Concept C design and features both was inspired by the image of a dragon. It’s a bit dangerous and sporty look. Which really suitable for the china market.
Looking a bit like an update of the Acura TL, the Concept C Honda 2012 ConceptCar is a four-door sedan with a bold grille and sculpted side flanks. It’s quite possibly the most adventurous styling exercise we’ve yet seen on a Honda four-door, concept or production.
Not much information is available at present, suffice to say that the Concept CHonda 2012 Concept Car is currently earmarked for China, pitched as a mid-priced model aimed at the country’s burgeoning consumer class. Production planning was done by Honda’s Chinese arm and development handled by teams both in China and Japan.
The aggressive design is characterized by a rather flowing roofline and a sculpted body, with the surface treatment showcasing an elaborate interplay of sharp lines. The focus on the Chinese taste appears particularly evident in the rather busy front and rear areas.
The product planning for this model was led by Honda’s Chinese associates and the development was done through cooperation between development teams in China and Japan. Honda is planning to introduce a mass-production model based on this Concept C Honda 2012 Concept Car next year through Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd
Concept S HYBRID concept is for value passenger mover it was also developed primarily for the Chinese market and will go on sale first in China. Honda hasn't said a great deal about the Concept S Hybrid Honda 2012 Concept Car, beyond that it has a hybrid powertrain and a spacious cabin. The release does mention, however, that the "S" in the concept name stands for "Stylish," "Smart" and "Surprise."
Adopting a hybrid powertrain, this concept model realizes both the "fun of driving" and excellent environmental performance at the same time. A spacious cabin was realized by Honda's packaging technologies, which is one of the distinctive strengths of Honda.
Honda 2012 is taking its turn today, launching concepts for both a sedan and what it calls a "new-value passenger mover," or small minivan. Both vehicles had been teased in outline drawings just two weeks ago. The Concept S car will have an unspecified hybrid powertrain. It has got large interiors too.
The external appearance of the Concept S Hybrid Honda 2012 Concept Car is similar to Toyota’s Prius V. Detailed information about the Hybrid S Concept carhad not yet revealed by Honda. The Concept S Hybrid Honda 2012 Concept Car’s debut launch will be also in China.
A mass-production model of the Concept S Hybrid Honda 2012 Concept Car will go on sale in China next year through its Chinese partner Dongfeng, Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. next year, followed by a global release. The concept is being shown with a hybrid powertrain.

Mark Hostler of Staffordshire University in England has created a concept car in tribute to Lamborghini's 50th anniversary next year.The transportation design student created his Ferruccio Lamborghini 2013 Concept Car to directly compete against Lamborghini's Italian rival's legendary Ferrari Enzo.The super-aggressive Lamborghini Ferruccio concept takes its cues from the lineup of V12s the Italian supercar maker has produced over the years.
As per the designer, the concept is "a car that takes inspiration from the company’s lineage, and also showcases the current design language and innovations of the company in their trademark flamboyant style." The concept’s front end, bonnet, and super-wide rear end were inspired by the Countach. The front and rear wings were inspired by the Miura, while the sharp nose and mirrors, and aggressive air intakes across the body and roof take their inspiration from the current Lamborghini designlanguage.
"The Ferruccio Lamborghini 2013 Concept Car is a car designed to showcase both the past and future of Lamborghini, showing how new design and technologies blend seamlessly with the company's rich heritage and history," said Hostler of his creation.The technological aspect comes in the form of efficient parts and pieces. Motivation comes in the form of a more fuel-efficient 5.0-liter V12 complete withdirect injection, camless valve system and 'several turbochargers.'

McLaren have long had the intention to build a future of small supercar with a minimalist body, the greater the intention now, it is evident that the design contest held by McLaren at the Royal College of Art’s vehicle design. Thanks to the silicon added to the ceramic, the engine is that it requires no cooling or lubrication and lasts longer. With lubrication and cooling being redundant features, the engine also does not need to have a radiator, hoses, pipes, filters and water and oil pumps which results in further space and weight savings for the vehicle. As a result, it loses weight and gains space and speed. The ceramic engine has its main components made of the same material. This composite has a very low thermal expansion coefficient and it resists extreme temperatures, exceeding metals.
Magnesium alloy is used to fashion the swanky 22-inch alloys on the vehicle. Each wheel is also fitted with independent suspension while carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) is used to fashion the exterior of the vehicle to further reduce the weight of the vehicle. Besides the engine and chassis being lighter, all car plastic parts are manufactured using the MuCell technology that reduces the weight of the material in about 25% without a significant lossin strength. This technology is based on the addition of carbon dioxide and /or nitrogen in the plastic injection process. The external body is made of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) that results in a weight loss around 15% compared to the same in aluminum. The XSeed Hybrid by Marcos Beltrao Concept Cars has independent suspension in eachwheel. The wheels of 22 inches are made of magnesium alloy.

Magnesium alloy is used to fashion the swanky 22-inch alloys on the vehicle. Each wheel is also fitted with independent suspension while carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) is used to fashion the exterior of the vehicle to further reduce the weight of the vehicle. The vehicle XSeed Hybrid by Marcos Beltrao Concept Cars has an overall weight of 760kg thanks to the strong yet extremely lightweight materials used in its creation.

Besides the engine and chassis being lighter, all car plastic parts are manufactured using the MuCell technology that reduces the weight of the material in about 25% without a significant lossin strength. This technology is based on the addition of carbon dioxide and /or nitrogen in the plastic injection process. The external body is made of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) that results in a weight loss around 15% compared to the same in aluminum. The XSeed Hybrid by Marcos Beltrao Concept Cars has independent suspension in eachwheel. The wheels of 22 inches are made of magnesium alloy.
